MAIN STREET DIGITAL TRAINING AND GRANT PROGRAM

The City of Irvine is offering a four-week Main Street Digital Training and Grant Program in partnership with the Orange County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. The program will provide training and funding to businesses seeking to increase their social media presence and/or revenue due to the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Businesses with a minimum of 2 employees, including the owner, and a maximum of 25 employees (full or full-time equivalent combination) may be eligible to receive a digital marketing grant of $2,000. The grant must be used for a paid digital/online advertising campaign, developed during the training program and training will be provided by the Orange County Inland Empire Small Business Development Center.

ELIGIBILITY

• Applicants must be a business physically located in Irvine;
• Business must have had an active Irvine business license since January – March of 2019;
• Applicants must have a minimum of 2 employees and no more than 25 full-time equivalent employees as of March 31, 2023;
• Applicants must be in good standing with the City;
• Applicants must submit the application and all required supporting documentation;
• The amount requested ($2,000) cannot exceed the amount of lost revenue for retail.
