Don hold an Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University Los Angeles, A Master Certification in Human Resource Management and HR Organizational Effectiveness from Villa Nova University, a Business Certification, from Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business and Management, with a concentration in Cognitive Psychology, and a 6 Sigma Green in Belt certification.
